Description: Effective December 8, 2024, the Erosion Potential (EP) Analysis replaces the Off-Site Discharge Analysis requirement for new or amended Chapter 102 permits. Mark Lonergan and Lee Engel from Pennsylvania DEP’s Bureau of Clean Water will educate on the completion of the Erosion Potential (EP) Analysis. By the end of the presentation, participants should be able to recognize when an EP Analysis is required, know what should be submitted for an EP Analysis, and understand how to complete the EP Analysis Form
